The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “Yug” which means to unite. Yoga is basically the union of the individual soul with the divine soul. Yoga is as old as India history. It has been the main element of Indian culture from the ancient period. It’s a science of well-being, youthfulness, body, mind, and soul.
Yoga the wonder tool for enhancing one’s metal and physical health and is an ideal aid for weight loss. It acts like an aerobic exercise done at moderate speed helping people to get in good posture. Yoga has many benefits which are physical purity, cure, and prevention of diseases, reduces mental tension, provides relaxation, increases flexibility and improves health.

4. Ardha Pincha Mayurasana
Arms will work as a base for supporting the entire upper body while trying to make it stay afloat. It helps in strengthening arms, biceps and triceps.
It is an intermediary level pose that anyone can easily learn as it involves a deep twist. It improves the flexibility of the upper body.
This asana involves making a boat pose. The abdomen becomes a base for balancing the body. It helps in losing the belly fat.
Stretch your lower body and organs in hips, intestines, and thighs. Twisting and stretching help in burning in burning the extra fat that gets deposited in tummy and thighs.
Lie flat on your stomach. Move your hands to the front. Place your body weight on your palms, inhale and raise your hand and trunk. Press your hips, thighs, and feet to the floor. It tones the organs that lie in the lower abdomen.
